Bathroom & Wetroom Refurbishment, Lytham

Customers often come to us with ideas on how they want to create more space on this occasion the Customers wanted an open space with an ease of access. We created this by getting rid of the separated toilet from the bathroom and combined the space by blocking up existing windows and continuing ceilings to create an open space wet room. The result was a big open light space to relax and listen to surround sound music after a hectic day at the office in an atmosphere that will be bring a smile to everyone

External works, Blackpool

This stunning 18th century property was due the attention and detail needed to preserve the natural character of the building, our clients wanted a whole upgrade to the front exterior, this involved new upgraded sash windows to keep the traditional profile, full repointing and sealing to the masonry, new front external door finished in a high quality brass ironmongery, and to finish the project off a bespoke timber porch finished in hardwood and natural slate.

Dental Reception Refurbishment

Working with an expert interior design team, we had the challenge of creating this stunning new environment from a dated reception into the high end dental practice in the wrea green area near Preston Lancashire, the challenge was on the clients organised and took a two week break and we set to work. Working longer hours and through the weekend we managed to keep to our promise and hand the keys back and deliver the project over to the client in time for opening

Restaurant refurbishment with Structural Alterations

Recently we completed a restaurant refurbishment in a St Annes high St in Lancashire. The building had previously been a commercial restaurant for 15 yrs. and become available on the market. our clients seen the potential of the size and location and began to invest into their new venture. The theme was a Scandinavian interior design, we stripped the building back to its shell, creating new opening more space, lighting, bar and dining area, the result was stunning the business is in a thriving first year since opening and offers a high-quality food and drink environment.
